What is Me-San?
Me-San connects boutique hotels with local hosts, so guests can book real neighbourhood experiences and services through the hotel they're staying at.
Is Me-San live?
Not yet. Hotels and hosts can create a profile now. Guest bookings open in November 2026.
Where is Me-San available?
Bangkok is first. If you'd like Me-San in your city, register interest on our Come to our city page. That's interest only, not a promise to launch there.

For hotels
What does it cost?
Nothing. There's no software fee, no setup fee and no technical integration.
Do we need to connect Me-San to our POS or booking system?
No. There's nothing to connect or install. You choose how guests find your page:
- A QR code in rooms, at reception or on table cards
- A link on your website or in your booking confirmation and pre-arrival emails
- A link your front desk can send by WhatsApp or LINE
You can use any of these, or all of them. Me-San handles booking and payment, so your POS and booking system stay exactly as they are.
How does the hotel earn?
Every host sets a commission on their listings. When a guest books, the hotel keeps 75% of that commission and Me-San keeps 25%. Nobody pays anything unless a booking happens.
When and how does the hotel get paid?
From November 2026, guests pay in full when they book. Until launch, no cards are charged. The day after the experience or service takes place, your share of the commission is released and paid to your bank account.
What do guests see?
A page with your hotel's name, in partnership with Me-San, showing the experiences and services you've picked. Guests reach it through a QR code or link from your hotel.
Do we have to check or approve each host?
No. Listings go live with at least 3 real photos. Me-San Checked listings have been reviewed by Me-San and show first. Others show as Not yet checked. You choose which listings appear on your page.
For hosts
Who can list?
Local businesses and people who run experiences or services, such as tours, food, wellness, transport and coworking.
What does it cost to list?
Nothing. You set your own price and commission. The default commission is 25%, and it's only paid when a booking happens.
When and how do I get paid?
From November 2026, guests pay in full when they book. Until launch, no cards are charged. The day after your experience or service takes place, your payment (your price minus the commission) is released and paid to your bank account.
Do I have to tailor my listing to individual hotels?
No, one listing can appear on any hotel's page. We do recommend it, though. A listing that fits a hotel's guests and location is more likely to be picked and booked.
What photos do I need?
At least three real photos of your experience or service. Listings go live with those photos. AI-generated images aren't allowed. Me-San Checked listings have been reviewed by Me-San and show first. Others show as Not yet checked.
Can I set my own cancellation policy?
Yes. Choose Flexible, Moderate or Strict for each listing.
For guests
How do I book?
Scan the QR code at your hotel or open the link it gives you, and choose an experience. From November 2026, you pay in full when you book. Until launch, no cards are charged.
Can I book if I'm not staying at a hotel?
Yes. Me-San is a gateway to the local community, so anyone can book a local experience or service.
Is this run by my hotel?
Your hotel picks what's on its page. Listings go live with at least 3 real photos. Me-San Checked listings have been reviewed by Me-San and show first. Others show as Not yet checked.
